Happiness Tip - Enjoy every single thing you HAVE to do

This is not something new, but this is something most of us totally forget. This is about how to be happy with the things we HAVE to do. The things we have to do in life might not be the things we like to do always. Sometimes we might not like to do that but we are expected to do it. Here is how I managed to be happy with the things I HAD to do.

I will take two examples from my life.
Cooking.... Actually cooking was not a thing I liked to do. It was something I complained. But also it was something I had to do. It took time for me to understand that cooking is something I have to do and nothing good will happen on complaining about it. After I understood that truth, I wanted to enjoy cooking. How did I do that? First I stopped complaining about it and removed the negative thoughts about it on my mind. What were the negative thoughts I had on that? I felt cooking kills my time. Sometimes I felt lazy to do it. Some thoughts said it’s better to be hungry than cooking. :D I wanted to stop all those negative thoughts coming to my mind and wanted to start concentrate on what I was doing. When I was going to cook I was in the mind that I'm going to cook. Also when I do every single thing on cooking I was concentrated on what I was doing.  Ex: when scraping coconut I was thinking now I'm scraping, when I chop onion or cut vegetables I was in the mind what I was doing. Also when I prepare a curry I was in the mind what I was doing. Rather than cooking while having something else in mind and putting something to the curry, this was more effective. I was taking care of the curry every single minute. Curry powders, garlic, onion and all other ingredients were put at the correct time in correct amount. Also I didn't forget to enjoy looking at it while the curry was boiling. I enjoyed the smell of it. Also when it was finished I didn't just eat it. I enjoyed the taste, smell, color and everything. So finally cooking became a thing which brings happiness to me.

I have another good example from my experiences. I came back to my room after a one week trip. As I unpacked the things, my room became a messy place. It was annoying for me even to look at the messy room. I couldn't think from where to start to clean that. But I understood it was something I had to do. So I started it, continued slowly, cleaned the mess from one by one. But the important thing was... I didn't get hurried. I just used my time and enjoyed cleaning that mess. As an example when I take the flower pot on the table I took my time to look in to it. I cleaned the dust on it. Also I didn't forget to see the new look it had. It really brought happiness to the mind. I completed cleaning the room from one step to another. And the most important thing was I didn't forget to enjoy the new look of the room. The feeling I got at the end was not something that I can explain here. But I call it as happiness.

I think these two examples are enough to give the message I wanted to explain here. At the end.... I feel happiness is something that we brought up in our mind. And it depends on our attitude and how we think. So try to change your attitude and the way you think. Then the things you complain now will start to bring you the happiness.

Don't be afraid how big your dream is....

We all have dreams in our lives. I don't mean the dreams we are having while sleeping, but the things in our minds which we like to happen in our lives. Those can be big, small, silly, expensive, easy to achieve, difficult or anything. But have you ever afraid of your dreams since they are too expensive or else they are really big for your self?

If I tell why I think like this...I am a big dreamer, I normally have big dreams in my life. I had a dream in my childhood to build a nice big modern house. I felt it is a very expensive dream at my school age since I even didn't know what will happen in the future or whom will I be in the future. Or whether I will have a job or not. But I was dreaming about it. I lived inside my dream and the dream lived inside me.

Since I carried my dream always with me, I felt that dream push me to start working on it. believe me, it's true... I got some extra energy from my self to start my dream. I stopped dreaming the dream and started working on it. I had obstacles, problems while building the house. but what I learned was when I feel I need something, and when I try to get it, the background also prepared itself to support me. I don't know how it happens, but it happens. As example if you are out of money and thinking to get a loan and you are in a stage finding details of loans then best loaning option will automatically comes to you and help you.

You always have a way to achieve your dreams. If you really want to make your dream come to reality, then sure there is a way. First you have to start. without starting how could you end up or the things bring to reality? So just have a little plan for a period of time. if your dream is too big, then don't plan for the entire thing. just plan for a milestone.

Once you start.. then you probably grow up with your dream. when you grow up with it, you also get motivated and you will be pushed by yourself to achieve it. And of course if you have good friends around you, they will also help you to build your dream faster. and the other way if your friends are jealous of you then they will pull your leg. so it's up to you to decide how your friends you involve to achieve your goals.

Finally what I can say is...When you carry on chasing your dreams the paths to achieve them will come to you even without knowing you. Ultimately your dreams will be real in-front of your eyes. so dream it and start working on the dream.

Tears

Tears….
When you come out from my eyes
I can look at it
As my heart can do nothing but wait till you stop
But…
When you come out from some one’s eyes due to me
I can’t look at it
As my heart can do nothing to stop them

Priority

Finding time for you from some one's busy schedule
....is all about giving priority to you.

If you have such people in your life, never forget them
and
...give priority to them in your schedule too..

I'm not in a fairy world

Cinderella..Snow white...Sleeping beauty
Lucky you had happy endings in your world.

The world I live has no happy endings
But still I'm alive loving your fairy world

I'm not afraid to fail till I learn something from every faliure

Failures can be everywhere any time. Everybody has failures in their lives. It can be in our personal life, career or day today life. Most of the people are afraid of failures.

Should we really afraid to fail? The answer may depend on someone’s attitude, the situation of the failure or the result of failure.

There are situations that we can think of failures as blessings. Sometimes we don't know we were not correct till we fail. Specially in your job sometimes you might be doing a wrong thing again and again without knowing it's wrong. One day you might get a bad result, a failure, then only you would realize what you knew was wrong. Then you will start to learn correct ways and follow. Really you can learn lot from that failure.

If you have courage to stand up with the lessons you learned from every down, then you never failed. You have conquered the failure.
